1. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the website linastrading.nl.

2. Products and Orders

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change. Linas Trading reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Payment must be completed using the available payment methods before shipment.

4. Delivery

Orders are processed within the indicated timeframe. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute strict deadlines.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receipt of the product without providing a reason.

Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

Linas Trading is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
